TERMS OF SERVICE
ABOUT PAYMENTS
1)
All cases are different, send me an e-mail to contact@dasgnomo.com to check the final quote for your art. There is no charge to receive a quote.
2)
All payments are 100% upfront, I take PayPal ONLY (for the moment) and every final quote will have an added 6.5% taxes fee. I'll send an invoice to you after the final budget is approved. You'll have a 10 days window to make the payment.
I'll send a confirmation e-mail when I receive it.
3)
Your payment will save your spot on the waiting list. This list goes from Older (smallest number) to Newer (biggest number). Keep an eye on this list to know when's your turn.
4)
I'll book out several commissions at a time, which means months of work will be already reserved/booked, but you still need to pay in full to reserve your spot in the queue. No exceptions.
5)
I have a 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 policy unless I'm unable to do your art. Please, assume that I'll get to your art when it's your turn and if anything happens I'll keep you posted. Be aware.

All the art I do is for personal use only. For extra info regarding "personal use artwork" (and what can you do with the art you commissioned) please read the following.
Commissions Personal Use License
The content owner (the artist) grants the buyer (the commission requester) a non-exclusive, perpetual, personal use license to view, download, display, and copy the content, subject to the following restrictions: The content is licensed for personal use only, not commercial use. The content may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration.
The content may not be resold, relicensed, sub-licensed, rented, leased, or used in advertising, merchandising or products of any kind.
Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the content remain exclusively with the content owner. There are no warranties, express or implied. The content is provided 'as is.'
7)
No bargain, no wholesale prices. These are luxury/non-essential "products", therefore they'll be paid as they are. If I have discounts in the future I'll let you know in my Social Media and Art Pages properly.
8)
That all the drawings you request are on 1 canvas doesn't mean they'll cost less. It will be the same workload to me, therefore they'll be charged full price.
9)
Clients are NOT permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFT), AI machines, or Crypto-related schemes.
The use of the artwork for any advertising, profits, or "neural machine "learning"" associated with the before mentioned is strictly prohibited.
ABOUT COMMISSIONS
1)
All referents and instructions are also upfront (so I can also give you a proper quote).
Changes or omitted details in the middle of a commission will be charged extra (if I haven't started, you can still send me referents, but spamming me will just make the process slower).
What I'll need from you (sent to my e-mail contact@dasgnomo.com):
A- A small/short description of the art (please limit the text to a couple of paragraphs).
B- Plenty of visual material of the character you want (face, clothes, props, etc). Also if you want certain version or clothing of your character, send those referents only, so it doesn't become confusing for me.
C- If you want a pose (or similar), you can even send a fast stick figure doodle.
D- What kind of background you want and what it is going to include.
2)
You'll be sent an e-mail/message informing when your commission has just started.
3)
Your art includes 2 rough sketches. A third sketch or a complete change of heart to get another sketch will cost extra (that will be charged before continuing your commissions).
4)
You get 1 corrections session on sketch phase. Requesting another corrections session after this point will cost extra. And remember: the sooner you provide feedback/corrections, the sooner I get to work back on your art.
5)
Commissions will take between 2 to 5 weeks to be delivered since they start (AKA: Sketch on WIP status on the Waitlist).
6)
You can request a Work In Progress screenshot (free of charge) at least 1 week after your commission has started. Otherwise it's implied that I won't show any progress unless being told otherwise.
7)
All commissions shall remain SFW and might (or not) be showcased on my social media & portfolios. Although you can request to remain anonymous, asking me to not show your art publicly will have an extra cost, be aware.
8)
I may use commissioned "fan art" pieces at merch, events, banners and graphic pieces of my own (among others), the .psd files or your commissioned art might be used for Patreon/DA Subscriptions.
Remember: the art you commission is for your personal use only, but it's still my property (unless you want to acquire commercial use or intellectual rights).
9)
If you want to hire me for your company or project, I require contracts.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if the content of it is not suitable for me.
11)
Final images will be sent to you at 300 DPI letter size or legal size HQ .jpegs and/or .png files, RGB color profile, depending on what you request. They'll include my signature somewhere, not my logo.
12)
Please do not repost my art to the following art exclusive websites/portfolios:
DeviantArt, Artstation, Pixiv or Art Websites where reposting is prohibited.
Always check the TOS of the art platform you are uploading arts to.
Everywhere else should be ok as long as credits are properly given. On Twitter RTs are encouraged but if you repost your own commission that's fine by me too :).
